Take note that even though you can more than a thousand of channels, they are all pre-recorded and they are movies around the world. So basically, only 5% of the 3000 channels are English. 95% are all different languages.

So before you buy, just put in mind the following questions. Do you have a high-speed internet connection? Do you want to watch all those channels even though they are not in english?
